I started in insurance in 2005 as catastrophe adjuster. In 2011 I started with Nationwide Insurance as an ACB employee agency. As an ACB agent we were required to meet certain numbers every month. Not only did I meet my numbers I exceed my numbers and became the number one agent in my program in Georgia and number 4 in the country. In 2013 I went to New York with Nationwide as a Champion agent. I graduated from my class in 2013 and became an independent captive agent with Nationwide. In 2019 all Nationwide captive agents became independent. Customer Focus Insurance was formed in 2013 and we currently have 3 associate agents working with us. We write in over 30 carriers. We sell a variety of insurance products, auto, home, business, bonds and many more products. We are focused on our customers. We have a combined experience of over 50 years of experience in customer service and sales. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you and my door is always open for customers' concerns.

I have been doing insurance since 1998, I started with Esquire Insurance from 1998-to 2001 and then moved on to Nationwide Insurance 2001 to present working for Mike Bledsoe Agency, to Customer Focus Insurance Inc. I started with Customer Focus Insurance 2013 and have been a Sales Agent, Team Lead Agent and a Managing Agent. I love what I do. I've always been interested in helping people and making sure that they are protected. Insurance is a great way to do that. I want to help people understand how insurance works and why it's important to have it.

I served in the U.S. Army for 5 years, and now I’ve been blessed to work in the Insurance Field. I’m a Disabled Veteran and an Insurance Agent. I’ve been with Customer focus since July 2022. I’m the baby of the group, but I love the new challenge. At customer focus we truly care about the customer’s need. That why our name is Customer Focus. I really love the work environment. My coworkers truly love what they do, and they are experienced Group in the insurance field and in life. I’ve learned a lot from this crew. I try to be a sponge and soak all the wisdom and knowledge from them as much as I can. Don’t let me forget about my Boss Debra. She is one of the most kind hearted and loving person you will ever meet, and her determination and drive is what keeps this business going. She cares for her employees and customers’ needs as well. You will never find a harder worker or a person who cares more about you than Debra. I really love My Job, yes it has its ups and downs but this Group knows how to handle adversity well and keep pushing.
